Kitchen Decor Help

The kitchen remodel is happening!  I ordered the cabinets, and they will arrive sometime in June.  I have most everything picked out so far, but I am struggling on the counter top.  Please opine (on counter top only because everything else is decided and ordered)!

Kitchen cabinets: American Woodmark, Painted Linen, Newport Door Style



Back splash (tentative pending counter top selection):


Appliances: LG Black Stainless Steel (except for range hood and microwave which don't come in black stainless for the size/style I need and will be regular stainless steel along with sink)


Flooring: PergoMax Heathered Oak

Counter top: Narrowed to two options
Option 1: Cove


Option 2: Aria

    I prefer number one but they would both be awesome. You're not going to want to move!!
