I was bummed when Pairings in Minnetonka closed in February this year....but I just found out yesterday that a new restaurant is moving into the space. Yum! Bakery & Kitchen located in St. Louis Park is opening a second location in the Pairings space. OMG, so excited!
The owner is so gracious; I love what she has to say about her primary motivation for the expansion to be to give back to her employees as a new challenge and opportunity for promotions and job growth.
