Final approval received for the townhouse! Closing date is scheduled for October 23rd at 3pm. 10 days to paint, recarpet, and sanitize. Moving day Monday, November 3rd!
Carpet and paint have been selected. Windows on order. New trim has been purchased and is being painted this week.
New renter application received and background check completed. Signed lease later this afternoon.
Be prepared for the onslaught of blog entries with before photos, remodeling updates, and my misadventures in handy-man work.
